Cancellation Policy
Align Well Energetics Private Membership Association By engaging our services, you become a member of our Private Membership Association, acknowledging our alternative approach to wellness outside conventional systems. **Services:** Blend of in-person/remote healing and coaching. Details on Services Page. **Payment:** Due at booking. Non-refundable once sessions begin. Packages require full payment upfront. By making payment, you explicitly agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with us before contacting your financial institution. **Scheduling/Cancellations:** 48-hour notice required. One free reschedule per service. No-shows forfeit session. Full policy available upon request. **Member Responsibilities:** Arrive prepared. Healing is a partnership—your participation matters. Technology issues during remote sessions don't pause billing. **Liability:** By joining our Association, you acknowledge this isn't medical treatment.
